After this last picture, my camera died :(  I have been heartbroken about it.  Hopefully we can get it fixed or replaced soon.

At Campbell's 6 month check up, we got the go ahead to start her on solids.  We started all 3 boys on cereal but that is not recommended anymore.  Dr. Hardy suggested that we start her on avocados. The boys were so excited that she got to eat big girl food but were totally grossed out with the green stuff!

My Boys of Fall

I was folding laundry when I overheard this little conversation today...

Eli (in a whiny voice):  Daaaaaaddd...Sam said that I can't be a Running Back for Alabama!

Jay:  That's not Sam's decision.  That is the decision of whoever the coach is at the time.

Eli:  That's what I was telling him.  I told him that he will already be in the NFL by then anyway!

MDO Thanksgiving Program 2013

My little guy had his last Thanksgiving program at his preschool.  He did so good!  

Here are his Thanksgiving programs through the years....

2011 as a Turkey

 2012 as a Pilgrim...

and now 2013 as an Indian...

 

They sang a new song this year called Mighty to Save. In the song it says, "Shine Your light and let the whole world see, we're singing

For the glory of the risen King, Jesus"

They used the flash lights during that part of the song.
