We put in a long 6 hour day at the ballpark today! All the boys played great and didn't even want to leave the park after the last game. I love baseball but 6 hours was enough for me!

Luke and Eli have the same coach, Coach Chris. He is the husband of one of my best friends. Their sweet family is spending the week at Disney this week so Jay filled in pitching for Luke's team.

Lots of Eli's team was out sick or on vacation so Sam got to play with them. Sam and Eli were so happy to be playing on the same team together and even made a play together. A ball went out into center field (where Eli was). Eli threw the ball to Sam (who was playing 2nd base) and got the kid out.
Sam hit his first homerun today when he was playing on Eli's team! I don't know how I missed getting a picture of it. I wish that he played on his team with the same confidence that he had when he played on Eli's. I think kid pitch makes him more nervous than coach pitch.
